That is why we, the Softacus company, offer you the option of hosting and maintenance of your system.

- Building and creating an environment

- Maintenance of your IBM ELM associated with updates, patches (iFixes), regular technical updates about your system
- Connection via VPN

- The right choice of licenses for the Jazz platform

Infrastructure
Our team will prepare a customized infrastructure for you in order to maximize the use of the system. We will also provide you with a VPN connection (with our custom settings). In case of problems, we will react immediately and solve the problem in your environment.

In order to ensure the maximum quality of the system, we make regular backups for your system and we also provide monitoring of your system (server and Jazz platform monitoring) for better management and faster response.
